Business Licenses
When starting a new business, many items appear on the “to do” list. One of the most important is obtaining all the necessary local, state, and federal business permits and licenses. We offer a variety of packages to help you easily obtain the permits and licenses you must have to operate.

  • Business License Compliance Package. We determine what licenses you need based on your location and type of business, obtain the necessary forms and instructions, and forward them to you for filing.
  • Full Service Corporate Filing Service. We handle the filing for you, from determining the needed forms to filing and obtaining permits on your behalf.
  • Business License Audit. Let us do an audit and verification for you to ensure you have what you need to do business in your area.
  • Business License Renewals. Don't let an expired license shut your business down. We can handle license renewals, so you can focus on growing your business.

Corporate eFile®
This service allows you to electronically file your Delaware annual franchise or annual registration reports.

eFile Center
The eFile Center provides you with tools for filing your annual reports. You can review various state eLinks to determine what reports can be filed electronically and the requirements to do so. You can also search for your corporate ID number. Or, if your preference is to let someone else handle the entire process, contact our corporate service specialists to learn about Annual Registration Management Services (ARMS). Whatever your needs, the eFile Center can assist you.

OFAC Search
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations require companies engaged in business transactions to compare the names of individuals, companies and countries against a specialty designated nationals and blocked persons list (SDN). NRAI offers OFAC Search to help you comply with this requirement. Contact your corporate service office to request a search or learn more.
