Open Positions:  

Staff Attorney

We seek a Staff Attorney in our Townshend, VT office.  You will manage internal corporate entities and provide advice and support regarding general corporate law matters.  Other responsibilities include research and maintenance of multistate tax filing calendar for business entities, research formation, foreign registration, maintenance and dissolutions of business entities.  Provide advice and support to clients and service offices regarding the Company’s Registered Agent for Service of Process function.  Answer Subpoenas and attend depositions as needed.
The right candidate will have a JD from an ABA accredited school, BAR membership in at least one state and familiarity with corporate and limited liability company structures experience.  You will need a working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure particularly regarding Service of Process to be successful.  Your excellent communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic and professionalism will help you at NRAI.  Minimum of 1 year legal professional experience preferred but will entertain inquiries from recent law school graduates.

Administrative Specialist

NRAI Corporate Services in northern Virginia seeks an Administrative Specialist. 
We seek a Customer Service Driven, Motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate legal environment, either in a law firm or a corporate service provider.  You will handle all Service of Process, including processing, researching, client contact to ensure proper handling procedures are maintained. 
We offer competitive salaries and a full benefit package. Paralegal Certificate or paralegal experience is required.  Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are necessary in this fast paced position.  The successful candidate will enjoy client contact and be a self starter.

We seek a Customer Service Representative in our Princeton office.  We are looking for professional, efficient and friendly individuals who are highly motivated to provide outstanding customer service.  You will be speaking with our customers and helping them process transactions, resolving problems and answering routine questions.  As the primary point of contact for our existing customers, you will provide customers with a positive experience with NRAI.
